Need Help fast, Locate recently saved files?

I recently downloaded a paper I emailed myself from yahoo, I typed the paper and then saved it, but I didn't pay attention to where I saved it, I know it is stupid but I really need the paper, like right now so i can email it to myself then download and print it at school, it was a pretty big paper and I don't have time to retype it, is there any way to locate recently saved files on a pc with windows 7 and microsoft word.
