Why is Yahoo so hostile to users of Yahoo mail?

I would like to keep my Yahoo mail account, but it's almost as if Yahoo is trying to send me away with a virtual prostate exam every time I visit: mail links that move to random locations, a login screen that reloads just as I enter my password, forcing me to retype, UI "improvements" that don't work on any of the three browsers I have loaded. Why do you hate me Yahoo? What did I do to you?
