Accidentally deleted draft message on blackberry?

I had a very important email to send that was very long and I can't remember everything I put in it but there was some VERY important things in it. I tried sending it and it came back that something was wrong with the email twice. I went to retype to email address and ended up deleting the whole thing. Is there anyway I can get it back? It is really really really important!
