Is zodiac and astrology is pretty much all in your head?

I made a mistake while typing some info for my birth chart and when I read the result I was like "Wow that really does describe me" then I realized I typed the wrong info....So I retyped it withthe correct stuff and when I read the result I was like "you know this could describe anyone...."
