How to copy text from "look inside" Amazon book?

I got as a homework to type of the book key terms ....etc. Retype if from book is going to take me some time. I want to just copy and paste it from look inside book from Amazon. I cant the pointer show up as a hand so i can just move pages. Is there any way how to do it? Or it is protected? Thanks

Microsoft word problem - how to rectify text squashing into one side of the page?

I am trying to write a document which has a table of two columns which present phrases in two different languages, english on the left and the other language on the right. In some tables the text squashes towards the right, in some places there isn't even enough space for one word before it squashes down the page. i can't seem to figure out how to rectify this without retyping the whole document.

Can I add extra developer to my bleach powder to help increase the amount I can use for my hair?

I'm bleaching my hair, but my hair is very thick and long, and I'm not entirely sure that there's enough bleach to adequately cover my whole head. Would adding extra developer help the problem, or would it just ruin the power of the bleach?

Marriage hasn't failed, and its not a construct some 100 years old, its around as long as recorded civilization. What has happened is progressive liberals have realized that reducing your reliance on existing old institutions like church + marriage increases your reliance on government, which increases their power. So they have pursued over the last few hundred years policies that do all they can to break down existing institutions other then government. Its pretty obvious if you look at it - support for vague spirituality but any specific religion is a problem, teaching that the children are more important than the spouse, the whole "do what feels good" movement, etc.
