ITunes billing account information?

Recently, iTunes isnt letting me download apps or get songs, anything really. It says i need to edit my billing account info, so i did. And i typed in the right security password, but it keeps saying its wrong. I retyped all the info, double checked it even. Still same problem, the card works and i have money on it. I'm not really sure what to do?
